The TurtleNeck Rain Turtle

The Rain Turtle is our lightest weight turnout rug and provides protection from wind, rain, sleet, and snow. It is an excellent transition rug in fall and spring when the weather is unpredictable. If combined with a 100g or 200g TurtleNeck blanket liner it can be used through the winter months.
