Our new cape style neck protector was designed to extend behind the Wither and further down the shoulders. This added protection is especially important during windy and rainy days . It adds an extra layer between your horse and the elements. It attaches with three high quality metal spring snaps to the D-Rings on the Rain Turtle neckline. Quick and easy.
It is made of the same high quality 1680d fabric as the Rain Turtle and it has our anti-bacterial lining without any insulation.
